You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passphrase. We cannot recover lost passphrases. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use Redacted to:
Redacted is designed so that messages self-destruct after being read. We do not guarantee the permanent deletion of any data in all circumstances, including but not limited to technical failures, legal holds, or device-level screenshots taken by recipients. You use the service understanding these limitations.
The Redacted app, branding, design, and code are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Redacted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any loss of data or messages due to technical failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Redacted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Redacted after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
